Break Vehicles into sections

There should be 3 categories:

1. Models
2. Livery
3. Handling

It's a mess currently and difficult to see models buried in liveries and handling.

That's my thought.

Liveries should be in the Paintjobs category.

Similar ideas have been said in the past, and the response was that it would be too much work.
