Strange Bug Won’t Let Me Enter Cover

Hey, I’ve posted about this issue before, but I was a bit unclear in the way I described it. So I’m currently running the version of GTA V before the most recent update (I don’t remember the version number) and my SctiptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet are all up to date. But, I’m having this weird problem. Any time I (or any other NPC) try to enter cover, said player model, for half of a second, will go into this pose with one arm out at a 45 degree angle and the other arm, if there’s a weapon equipped, stretched across the body to the other side at a 45 degree angle. And, after this half second, the player or NPC won’t enter cover. No matter what I try. However, when there’s either a melee weapon or no weapon, said model (my player or any other NPC) will do that same strange pose, but just have both arms out to the side at a 45 degree angle, but still won’t enter cover. And lastly, if I enter a mission where you start out in cover, my player won’t just do that weird pose for just half a second, they’ll permanently be frozen in that pose while everything else around continues. If need be, I’ll post video footage of what I’m talking about.
