how do I use skin mods on FiveM servers?

Hey all.

This is my first experience with mods, so I hope, I´ll get some help. And sorry for my bad english ^^

I downloaded the Punisher Mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/the-punisher), watched a YT video, which told me to install SkiptHookV, LUA and SkriptHook.net to use mods.
After installing this, I copied the necessary files into GTA Library. So did I with the Punisher folder.

But now I have no idea how to use it.
I don´t want to use this mod in normal GTA online. But FiveM (on our own server) would be cool.
