Creating add-on clothes for FiveM

Good evening, hope everyone is doing ok and safe.

I've a question, just like title says.

I do have 3ds max and I've used it for maps and stuff like that. But, I don't know where to start on making custom clothes nd make it add-on.

For example Making this hat alive in game and wearable.

Any advice would be really appreciated, and as always When I make something good I upload it for free so its a Win Win for all.
