corrupt game data, reinstall or reboot the game

So I downloaded a mod to replace "gameconfig.xml" because my game would crashed when i had over 5 peds in addonpeds editor. I replaced it but now my game always crashes and says "corrupt game data, reinstall or reboot the game". I want to be able to have more peds but this problem keeps happening even when I've reinstalled the game.

@s3xyman11 have you installed heapadjuster(https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster) and packfile limit adjuster(https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster)?
