Unknown Bug

Hello I have a bug of the game that I can not solve unfortunately, I have access to no mod (story, online, settings nothin) as you can see https://gyazo.com/a513a7d6420dc3c0013fc231eea00e79, i know that the problem provides from my mods folder but i don't know where all were working fine before replacing icons of my mobile and the global.gxt2 from french.rpf, i tried back up the files but still bug, i think it's a file missing or something cause when i change mods folder it's working well if someone got an idea thank you
