I can check and I'm sure it should be available with the trainer. You have to select your model as mp_freemode and then scroll down to mp clothes and customization. It should be available and I'll check and get back to you on that.

The outfit is a clothing combination (various component variations) of the mp_m_freemode_01 and mp_f_freemode_01 characters. You can change to it manually using Menyoo, and probably Simple Trainer as well. By manually I mean you have to change each component (e.g. head, torso) clothing individually.

I vaguely remember one of the drawable ID numbers was 287? Probably for the head or torso component. Otherwise, no idea.

@Jitnaught i found, using menyoo i scrolled through everysingle option and texture for mp male. Found green alien

You can save the outfit using Menyoo so you don't have to do that manually every time. And, if you save the outfit, you could share the outfit on GTA5-Mods so everybody can use it.

Put the outfit XML file (should be in GTA5 directory -> menyooStuff -> Outfit) in a zip archive, take an in-game picture, write a short description/installation instructions, then upload all that here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/upload
