Would it be possible to add content from next gen into last gen?

GTA V on Last Gen had its content updates discontinued. does GTA V have a similar file setup with the one on PC or Next Gen? if so would it be possible to port DLC content from the Update Folder to Last Gen GTA V? and not just small things like weapons cars and clothes i mean also stuff like onlines Freeroam Buisnesses Night Clubs the Diamond Casino Resort and other heists like the Casino heist and Doomsday heist content to online on Last Gen?
