These Mods run on GTA Online or is it for Single Player Only?

I've had a warning from Rockstar regarding modding GTAV.

@borrie Modding is only used in Singleplayer only, Don't use it in Gta Online that will cause you getting ban by rockstar
btw You can still use modding with FiveM with a lot of Mod that supports it on this site
