Looking for 100% savegame (with Altruist Cult untouched)

I really wanted the 100% savegame without any random people delivered to the Altruist Cult.
Complete lists needed (Gold medal doesn't matter, but it's up to you):
- All storyline missions completed
- All Strangers and Freaks completed
- All random events completed (except Altruist Cult Shootout/without delivering any people to the Altruist Cult)
- All strippers like all 3 characters
- Liz is a booty call for Franklin and Trevor
- Ursula is a booty call for Michael and Trevor
- All golfers unlocked
- Taught Chop all tricks and unlocked his golden collar
- Everything done (Letter scraps, spaceship parts, submarine parts, and etc.)
I'm looking for it but didn't find it one. Can anyone make this 100% savegame? Thanks
