[WEAPON] No zoom for snipers

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way of having a non-zoomed-in (out of scope) view when aiming with sniper rifles -just like when you hip fire and you get a reticle for a couple seconds-, and then you could zoom in with the scroll wheel.

I saw a similar mod but it required to remove the scope.

Any info/help would be much appreciated!
