Can't change / delete primary file on mod I uploaded.

Uploaded my first mod (still pending approval) and realized I had a mistake in the original file. I uploaded the fixed version but now I can't change that to be my primary file and delete the old one because there is simply no button for it. Am I being an idiot / blind ? How do I do this ?
EDIT: I should add the reason I want to delete the original file is I realized I uploaded some files with the mod that weren't actually needed for my preset and I don't want to try to take credit for them. The new version has only the files that I've touched.
