Gta V Texture Problems [Please Help Im Lost hopelessly Havent played in 3 months)

@Soviet6534 Oh I see, that's why my computer goes up in smoke when I play GTA 5, LOL I'm still playing on a old crappy RX 590!!! I need to get one of those GTX 50000 then I should be able to play at 300 FPS.

@Soviet6534 Not really. I was playing on an RX550 before I upgraded my PC. Before that I was running an integrated IntelHD and still was able to run the game.

Just to also Let anybody Know If this goes back to unsolved then its still a problem But if it stays like this then it was solved and i will post a fix
