What is the best GTA V version for mods and add-on cars?

Hello, I have a problem with my R* Games launcher and Epic Games GTA V version. I want to have a mods and addon cars. I already tried many gameconfigs for mods but nothing worked.
I am thinking about downloading some maybe cracked stable version that will work with gameconfings and cars from gta5-mods and have it on separate hdd, so I want to be able to play online on Epic or R* launcher version.
What is the best version of GTA V for mods and for using add-on cars?

@TeamGrassCZ - You should have made a backup or two on your way then.
While I agree that R* does nothing more but push people to such desperate steps, it is still something that we can't help you with.
