Game crashes during story loading scene

Hi guys, I installed a dirt mod by MiGGousT and IVpack and I pressed the play button, and soon game crashed at the loading screen. I uninstalled IVpack twice and the game still crashes. I want to know how to delete/fix dirt mod files. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
btw I installed lots of mods and also installed a heap adjuster and packfileadjuster so maybe the problem isn't too many mods. thanks for reading.
