Can someone help me to create/make a lightbar

Hi everyone here ,

I am new here , I am from singapore , I love to play GTA V and playing lcpdfr and lspdfr.

I hope someone can do me a favour and help me to do this lightbar request.

I want to have a police car with a premier hazard UK or a haztec UK lightbar . A Red and blue lightbar ELS version .

The models is

Premier hazard midimax/Lomax
Haztec
