Police arrest NPCs (Mod Suggestion)

There is an old mod on this site called 'Cop arrest' that makes the police arrest NPCs instead of shooting them to death for minor crimes. This mod hasn't been updated in over 4 years, and doesn't function properly anymore. It would be awesome if someone could create a newer version of this mod, since it adds a great amount of realism to the game..

Agreed. Would be better than the cops just shooting them dead if the peds aren't resisting.
