Game Crashes in the loading screen after installing NaturalVision.

For some reason, each time GTA V tries to load Story Mode, it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes. This happens each time I try to reinstall NVR.
I tried removing x64e.rpf in OpenIV but it had no luck, I really need some help here. I'm trying to take some screenshots but GTA V just won't seem to work.
