@GTA-FE you can do it by your self with open iv go to x64v.rpf >> models >> cdimages >> streamedpeds_players.rpf =
playerzero > michel
playeone > franklin
olayetwo > Trevor
tshirts textures are named like uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd and so on serche for similliar names that containe only tshirt export your texture as png and start change it with photoshope replace it back again in same name and file see the result in game
