So i've been looking around and asking a few of the higher end vehicle mod creators if they can make a car for me. Its a concept vehicle that's not in any game that I want made in high quality to drive in gta5. I can and will pay for the time and effort put in. If the price is right and your work good you definitely have a return customer for any future vehicle requests I have. If you're interested id need somewhere to send the pics so you can see what I'm talking about and see if it's something you're able to recreate accurately. If you're not up to it and no someone good who would be, if you could point me in their direction I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance!!

@Divinity_2020 You're going to need to find a 3D modeler to create something from scratch, then someone can convert it to gta. Most, if not all car creators on this site use existing 3D models. You can try cgtrader.com, some artists there have a "Hire Me" option. Here's one
