Trying to make sense of ScriptHookVDotNet log

Hello,
I am not knew to modding (oblivion, skyrim, Witcher to name a few), but I am a complete noob when it comes to modding GTA. Initially, all my mods worked fine. However during Franklin's introductory car delivery mission, right after the police response, my car began to spiral down through the street and eventually off the map completely. Any time I tried to retry the mission, the same exact spiral through the street happened. Then I tried to just restart the whole mission and Franklin was frozen in place in the path where the mission started. I finally just decided to restart the game, but now every time I click story mode, the game crashes (It also crashed when I tried use online mode).
Sorry to be so long winded, I just want to give as much info as possible. Anyway, I did not find any errors in my ScriptHookV log, but my ScriptHookVDotNet log did have one warning
"[WARNING] Resolving API version 0.0.0." I was unable to find anything about that online, and that may not even be the cause of the ctd. Below is the full log. Would anyone be able to tell me what the issue is? My best guess based on the order of the log is that the issue is with map editor.
