is it possible to replace gta 5 police cars in SP??

im trying to replace police cars but i cant figure it out the only car i replace successfully is Michaels car but when im upgrading it i notice that the upgrade are from his old car and the texture of the car became buggy, Now i cant replace police cars from the game i use OpenIV for replacing peds and cars, after finishing all the steps and reading all the file i go inside the game and nothing happens the cars still vanilla and not the mod that i install an then i use advance native trainer and spawn the car, the car i want to replace one of them work but inside the game none of the police peds using the car i install they still using same old vanilla cars..
