Infinite Loading

Hello,
I've installed mods with following youtube's tutorials and when i want to play offline then the game give me infinite loading.
At the begin he load normally and after he switch to "loading online mode", wtf...
What can i do to resolve the problem?Thanks in advance

Delete everything and reinstall your game. Make a backup of your clean install in a separate folder. Follow another tutorial to mod your game again.
