I was using Windows Form in GTA V scripting, its works at first but it suddenly close it self, please help

I was using windows form in my script using c++, im creating a CAD (computer Aided Dispatched) like one in LSPDFR, when i press a designated Key that i used it work at first it show the lay out of windows form that i created but after maybe 10 or 7 seconds it closed it self without me doing anything, and a second i try to open it, it does not work anymore.. it there anything i can do to prevent this thing to happen..
