Trainer crashes when I try to spawn my Ped mod as a bodyguard

I've just created some extra clothes for my ped and modified the ymt file for variation, and it works well as a player model. However it crashed the trainer when I try to spawn it as a npc or bodyguard, also the second lower part dosen't have walking sound. Please help.
