Is there any trainer or mod that makes an NPC equip phone while in vehicle?

As the title says I'm looking for a mod or trainer that can make an NPC equip a phone while in car. Not really do an animation with it though (animations don't work while in vehicle anyway ), I just need them to hold the phone in hand as a prop and staring at the screen.
