[SCRIPT] When you have a Wanted Level, the police behave similar to NFS and other arcade racers.

Basically they won't use guns or anything, they'll chase you like in NFS Hot Pursuit, and they'll send roadblocks and Rhinos in your direction. Just giving them behavior similar to how they behave in other games.
