Needing help on installing mods in FiveReborn private server

I've seen people play with mods on FiveReborn, and I want to ask, how do they do it?
I've tried doing this myself and I have no idea how. Is it possible to get FiveReborn to boot GTA 5 from my mods folder? I'm asking for guidance here. Thanks to anyone who can help.
