weapon skins and other replacement things not working Only replaced peds work

I downloading a batarang mod that replaces the gernade and i put it in the 3ng and 8ng but the gernade still shows up same thing with car. but i replaced ig_bankman with a batman ped and it worked but the weapons dont. if any body could help it would be great
