Very low FPS after Windows reinstall

Hey guys, it's been a while since my last appearance here.
I had to reinstall my OS. Now, I get very low FPS counts in GTA.
The reinstallation process has gone flawlessly and I have no problems running any other software yet. Nothing has been changed in BIOS. GTA, however, is being hit hard with FPS capped at 12 - 16 and refusing to advance.
One thing that I have found surprising was the fact that the GPU memory amount in the game settings states that I have about 4GB to go...
Which is rubbish... because I have a GTX 950M with 2GB VRAM.System resource window does not show any conflicts and states that both Intel and Nvidia hardware work correctly.
The only thing that comes to my mind is the fact that the drivers are obsolete (the old, default ones have been installed). If it's not this, I don't know what it might be...
Have you experienced anything like this? Do you have any other advice on what might be wrong?

Ok, managed to fix it. Turned out that "Integrated Graphics Card" was set as the default. Not sure why it got switched. Never mind.
