What files are necessary for uploading an ENB mod?

I am working on a new ENB mod and is wondering what files I exactly need to include in the mod to upload?

@Mcarden2006 Only the modified ones (settings, configs, etc). DLL files shouldn't be included. Instead, put a link to the original ENB site for people to know from where download the basic package to later install your config on top of it.
