Re-Upload Collection of Mods

I have downloaded multiple mods to create a 'mod pack'. What are the rules around re-uploading other's work in a bundle?

@Hopnut Is forbidden to upload mods or even mod packs without the explicit permission of all the original authors. So, in other words, you're not allowed to upload the mod pack.
