A missing car model help please!

One time i changed the vanilla model of ambulance.
But that ambulance was kinda broken so i deleted a ambulance file and set steam to scan game and download missing.
But when i am using manyoo and spawning ambulance nothing appears same when i calling a 911.
Please help!
