Mission wont launch

I have some problem in my gta v. My gta v is pirated version 1.41. I downloaded some add on car mod. And after that game crash and i replace the gameconfig.xml with the new gameconfig.xml. and after i replace it i tried to play a mission and the mission wont launch. If you have a solutions please tell me 🙏
