[MISC] Animal attack fix

Can possible animal (mitlion,shark) keep attack while infinite health active?
or someone plizz make that

@putraflash Sharks do attack even with infinite health turned on. However the Cougars don't. This is a nice idea.

@Akila_Reigns or posibble edit meta ,to reduce all damage to player to 1% or below ?

@Akila_Reigns just happened to me yesturday for the first time. I had god mode & special god mode enabled & got eaten by a shark. killed. game crashed after wasted screen lol
