Struggling to install script that adds a transmission whine to an add-on car.

I'm running the latest GTA V and I have updated OpenIV, ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.
I'm trying to install this mod.ScriptHookVDotNet2.log on pastebin
I have tried multiple versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet and cannot find any other way to get this mod to work.
