Anyone else ever had trouble picking up the second container during the mission Scouting the Port?

So I think the problem was related to the Persistence II mod, since right on the dpad is also used by that mod to lock and unlock vehicles for saving. Don't take my word though, just an educated guess, a suspicion, I've not tested it yet.
