Broken Weapons

When in conflict, weapon replacement mods break when firing. By this i mean when I fire parts of the gun go into a place they aren't suppose to be. (example. AK-47 mod, magazine goes in between the sights) Any kind of fix?

are you using any kind of cheats? they might be the issue...otherwise i dont know how to help, it didnt happen to me yet

Same issue here. And I also got some pistol slides not always working. Seems to be an issue of too many mods...
