How to add more models to dispatch (DoV) and Backup (LSPDFR)

I've been fooling around with the dispatch meta and xmls to get them just right to me, and I've noticed that when I try to add more models to the dispatch, the new vehicles tend to spawn with "ghost drivers" - as in, they spawn with no one actually in them, go maybe a couple dozen feet, then stop. I've tried a fix on the site that supposedly fixes this problem, but it didn't work, probably because I have Dispatch of Variety installed.
Same intention, different outcome with LSPDFR. Initially just deleted every police car for the LSPD, replaced it with an addon, seemed to work fine. I then added 3 more cars (one more than what I had at the start). But I think what really broke it was when I tried to replace the LSPD SWAT car (Not NOOSE, different thing in LSPDFR). It had some really complicated string in it that basically turned the standerd stanier into a sicktop. I also tried for a second car two, cause I just couldn't help myself. Guess I must have screwed the formatting cause LSPDFR couldn't read the backup meta, and got stuck in an infinite loading screen at the start. Had to reinstall it to get it back to normal. Help?
