[BUG] all the time car painting changes

Hi I install only one mod with this instruction:

And now I have problem, you can see it on my video below.

What I'm try to do:
Uninstall and delete whole gtav, delete folder gtav and Instal all again

Just so you know, for future & whatnot, big car packs are a bad idea.
I've never found one that didn't have some sort of problem in it. Even if a pack like that does work perfectly, it's most likely that replacing 200 etc vehicles (certainly without knowing how to compensate for the burden it will put on the games engine) will grind you're game into the dirt, causing all manner of issues from crashes to weird issues to terrible framerate.

What is the one mod you installed? (The 'GTA 5 Replace Carpack v.1.1' linked below the vid? If not, link to the one you installed, thanks)

Also, is it just one vehicle you are having problems with or many?
If multiple, is the issue the same? Only the bumpers affected etc?

Give us a bit more detail on what mod you have installed & the exact problem you are experiencing.
Don't spare the keyboard, the more info the better.

problem is in all cars, in all cars second color changed and changed as You can see in my video:

Not sure if this has something to do with it, but it needs ruled out.

The GTA 5 Replace Carpack v.1.1 installs Color Shot [LUA] (last updated June 05, 2015)

Delete the 'colorShot.lua' from 'scripts\addins' to remove it & report back

In fact, (in a separate test to the one above) also rename your 'scripts' folder to something else temporarily & test the result in-game.
Just so that is eliminated as a variable as well.
