dlc list wont keep new lines

I am trying to install add on cars but when i try to load the game it does a short update and from what i can understand it deletes the new line.

Did you use a mods folder? Sounds to me that you're editing the Vanilla Files, not the Mods folder one. Never edit Vanilla files. Make a mods folder and copy your update folder and common.rpf files to it.
