Annis S80RR - where is its handling.meta data?

Hello all,
Prob being a dumbass here but I can't find an entry for this car in either the normal handling.meta file or in the handling.meta files in the x64 DLCpacks folders. I think the car came with redux, wov or possibly simple trainer? Sorry I'm new to this modding thing - thought I had it worked out but now I'm thrown...
Any help appreciated
