Please Help. Zmodeler 3 NPC Ped Vest Problem (SWAT Ped)

I replace the vest on another SWAT ped. But the vest didn't stay on the chest. But the bottom of the vest did stay on it. Please tell me how to fix it.

@bonk71774 It could be that it's not weighted properly. Did you paint the vertices?

@death7991 No, I don't know how to do it. I just import SWAT ped. Delete other things besides the vest. Apply on this SWAT ped. I didn't change the position of the vest because it placed perfectly without moving it. I thought it won't have a problem.

@bonk71774 Did you at least bind the vest to the skeleton?
