How to add or make New "skin" for already made mod (addon)

Hi do u have an idea how i can create Car with galaxy on it? i can do it only on the Police cars where are Signs and replace that with galaxy Picture but i would like to do same thing on this car https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dodge-charger-hellcat-widebody-2021 Or else but there is no sign so i cant make it work. Please Help if u can. post some youtube tutorial if u know what i mean. or please contact me and show me. TY so much !
