[Vehicle] USPS Grumman LLV (That tiny white U.S Postal Service van)

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone who is already familiar with converting GTA:SA files would be able to give a crack and converting this vehicle:

It's in several youtube videos, so seemingly, someone has converted it already for private server use in GTA:V, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I would love to have such a unique vehicle, and I am sure with the attention USPS is getting, others might want to drive it around as well. Thanks!
