my game dlcs are not loading

so, i opened the game yesterday after installing the new scripthook and none of the last dlcs are working any content from the casino dlcs, import and export
gunrunning smugglers run none of them and some more are not loading the contents of the dlcs and also none of my addons are working as they are installed correctly does anyone know how to help me or is it a rockstar problem?
