Louder DLC Vehicles

Just finished testing. More than just a volume increase, bass and treble equalizer applied to not only the engine but everywhere. Every DLC vehicle is included, will update with new DLC when I get a chance. Any suggestions, improvements, requests would be nice. OIV just finished with manual install. Total download 550 Mb for just modded vehicles.
