[VEHICLE] Proton Impian Humberside Police

Hi Guys, New to this forum! Been playing with a few british units, and was wondering if anybody would be able to create a proton impian from Humberside Police, I only ask as Humberside is the only force in the UK (Probably world) to use these vehicles. Many Thanks
