[HELP] How to make your trailer hitch work?

Hello,
I downloaded an addon car with a trailer hitch. I installed it but the hitch doesn't work. I made the addon an replacement car (sadler) but the hitch also didn't work. Searched the web for days and days but never got a solution.
Can someone help me?
