@amitr1 This is for creating a 3d model from a picture. as you are a beginner , i would advise, take a ready made 3d model. and convert it to gta 5. This video shows how to create a 3d model of a car from a picture. and once you have made this model, you can convert\Rig it to gta 5.

@amitr1 This can be helpful. there are tutorials as well on this page. read the forum. and you can also use gta 5 forums here in tutorial section. plus youtube.
